Traxr ("we," "us," "our") is a fractional CISO and information security consulting practice, operated as a DBA of John Christopher Ventures LLC. This site is a static informational page — it runs no analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies. The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form.

Information We Collect

None automatically. This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind. The only information we receive is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and message.

Contact Form

Submissions through the contact form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our inbox. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles and retains submissions on our behalf. We don't share the information you submit with any other third party, and we don't use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or, if an engagement follows, for the duration and record-keeping requirements of that engagement. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these rights are provided under the GDPR or applicable equivalent legislation.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over the personal information you submit to us, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and the right to object to or restrict how we use it. Children's Privacy

This site is a business-to-business informational page and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
