Traxr ("we," "us," "our") is a fractional CISO and information security consulting practice, operated as a DBA of John Christopher Ventures LLC. This site is a static informational page. It sets no cookies, carries no advertising, and does not track you across other sites. The only information we collect from you is what you choose to submit through the contact form.

Information We Collect

Nothing that identifies you, and nothing at all unless you write to us. The only information we receive from you is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), and message.

Website Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count privacy-first page views. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and assigns you no identifier, so there is nothing for it to recognize you by on a later visit or on anyone else's site. It records aggregate page loads without personal tracking.

Contact Form

Submissions through the contact form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered securely to our inbox. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles and retains submissions on our behalf. We don't share the information you submit with any other third party, and we don't use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or, if an engagement follows, for the duration and record-keeping requirements of that engagement. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these rights are provided under the GDPR or applicable equivalent legislation.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over the personal information you submit to us, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and the right to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, reach out using the contact form on our home page and we'll respond promptly.

Children's Privacy

This site is a business-to-business informational page and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we handle it changes, for example if we add a new third-party service or begin collecting something we do not collect today. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
